What is consulting & staffing?
Consulting is the practice of providing expert advice, opinion and services to a company. The services may either duplicate internal functions (i.e., pay as you go outsourcing) to accommodate peaks in workload and/or compensate for a shortage in resources or provide access to know-how which does not currently exist within the company.
Consultants sometimes provide staffing solutions when vital skill sets are needed for short periods of time but are currently unavailable in the marketplace (i.e., pay as you go staffing).
Staffing is the practice of finding, evaluating, and providing personnel required to execute on-site some or all of the activities of a business function on a temporary (i.e., contracting) or permanent basis (i.e., permanent hires).
Axioma Solutions, LLC is a consulting company that excels at providing CAE services to offset peaks in workload or provide access to know-how. Axioma Solutions, LLC is not a staffing company.
